Dreamforce is Salesforce’s largest annual event and is a huge deal in the cloud computing world. It consistently surpasses attendees’ expectations by showcasing new technologies, respected speakers, and innovative case studies.
Be ready to learn more about the Salesforce platform as well as innovative applications that will help you run your business. If you feel like you’re not using Salesforce to its full potential, this is the place for you to learn what else you can (and should) be doing!
If you’re on the fence about attending or looking for a way to convince your boss that Dreamforce is worth attending, maybe we can help you.
Learn from the experts
There are thousands of sessions that are led by experts. Salesforce doesn’t let just anyone speak so you know that the presenters are domain experts.
The Cloud Expo is filled with Salesforce Partners and AppExchange Vendors. Walk around the expo and ask questions and get demos. Find out how Salesforce partners solutions can help your business. More important, if you have a question you can’t answer, bring it! This is the place to get your questions answered.
Be sure to stop by to visit us in the North Hall at booth N2100 while you’re there!
Learn from birds of a feather
There are plenty of industry-specific sessions to attend. You will have the opportunity to learn what challenges others in your industry are facing and how they are solving those issues. Also, look for industry specific networking/social events. These are a great way to meet other users in your industry, learn what they’re doing, and find out what’s worked and what didn’t.
Marc Benioff’s (Salesforce’s CEO) keynote is always a crowd pleaser. His excitement is contagious and sets the tone for the week. Marc always seems to have a trick or two up his sleeve so watch for that! In addition to Marc, there will be many other inspiring speakers at Dreamforce this year including: Chuck Robbins, Jessica Alba, Satya Nadella (CEO, Microsoft) and Susan Wojcicki (CEO, YouTube). For a complete list of speakers visit: http://www.salesforce.com/dreamforce/DF15/keynotes.jsp
Dreamforce is known for big product announcements. We’re sure that this year will be no different. Be the first to learn what’s coming up with Salesforce. You’ll be able to go home and create a strategy for putting those new features to work in your organization.
Satisfy your hunger and thirst!
Okay… maybe this one won’t win your boss over, but it’s sure to win your stomach over! Dreamforce is in the great city of San Francisco and there are a large variety of restaurants in the Bay Area… from steak houses to seafood to Chinese.
In addition, there will be a lot of Dreamforce parties going on. Head on over to one for some free drinks, food and good times. Looking for one to attend? You’re in luck… we are hosting two! Join us at the Wealth Management Happy Hour (only for Wealth Managers!) or our Client Appreciation Happy Hour!
Having just seen the Foo Fighters at Fenway Park in Boston, I can tell you first-hand that they put on a very lively and entertaining show. Even with his broken leg (which will hopefully be healed by September), Dave Grohl rocked out from his throne. Besides, this concert is the finale of Dreamforce… why not let off some steam?
